Calculate workdays for fixed weeks and shift rotations

The number of workdays in a period depends on the work model. A fixed weekly pattern is counted differently from a rotation that repeats independently of weekdays.

Five-day week

Count five selected weekdays, commonly Monday to Friday.
Adjust the actual weekdays if your workweek is arranged differently.

Six-day week

Count six selected weekdays.
The regular day off does not have to be Sunday and can be adjusted.

Custom shift rotation

Create a full sequence of work shifts and off days.
Choose a reference date for day 1.
The rotation then repeats independently of calendar weeks.

Holidays and leave

A holiday is deducted only when it falls on a planned workday and is treated as time off.
Leave also reduces planned workdays only.
A holiday and leave on the same day must not be deducted twice.
